Delivery

We always endeavour to post purchases as swiftly as possible, however please allow up to 7 working days from date of purchase. Any special requests to receive goods by a certain date will be achieved for you whenever possible. We will do our utmost at all times to ensure customer care is paramount.

If an item is temporarily out of stock at the time of ordering you will be notified via e-mail as soon as possible and be given the option of waiting for the item to be re-stocked or to receive a refund in full. Most items are replenished regularly keeping delays to a minimum but of course it is important to keep you fully informed about your order at all times.

If an item has become unavailable for any reason such as a discontinued product you will be notified via e-mail and refunded in full. We will try to recommend a replacement product whenever possible.

There are no hidden costs, other than adding the shipping charges the price you see is the price you pay.

Please note that due to Paypal being unable to support multiple postal charges at present any buyers outside of the UK must e-mail us for shipping charges. Simply let us know what you require to purchase and we will send you a Paypal invoice accordingly. If you accept the amount simply pay the invoice.
