How do I know that ordering from you is secure?
We use paypal as our secure payments company so you can pay us via your paypal account or alternatively you can pay via credit/debit card. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, we as the the recipient will not receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying us when you don't know us. We hope though that you will be happy with our service and maybe get to know us a bit more by re-ordering from us. How do I order ?
Ordering is easy. Simply browse our website and when you wish to purchase an item select the 'add to cart button.' This will open up your 'shopping cart' page whereby you can select the quantities required and remove any items which are no longer required from the cart. Remember to 'update cart' to see your revised total. You can then select the 'continue shopping' button to browse our website further or alternatively 'proceed to checkout.'
Once at the checkout you have the option to 'log in' to your paypal account using your e-mail address and password or select the 'continue' button on the left of the page in order to pay via credit or debit card. Here you will be directed to the billing information page whereby you will select your card type and fill in your card number, name and address, etc. Remember we at Amazon Fresh Hair Supplies do not see your financial details, only paypal do so you can be reassured that your payment is secure.
Your payment will be confirmed with a follow up e-mail.
Then simply wait for your goods to arrive.

How do I know how much the shipping charges are?
Please refer to our 'delivery' page for our UK shipping charges.
Any buyers outside of the UK please contact us via e-mail or our contact form with your order requests, we will then calculate the shipping charges and send you a paypal invoice accordingly. We aim to keep our shipping charges as low as possible so by calculating each order separately we can give our Europe and International customers a fairer price rather than setting the charges which would automatically be over estimated to cover all weights.
UK customers please note that your 'shopping cart' shows the total of your purchased products plus any postage and packing fees incurred so you can see at a glance what you have spent with us.

How long will my order take?
We will endeavour to ship your items as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 7 days for delivery in the UK. Customers outside the UK please allow a few extra days.
If an item is out of stock at the time of order you will be notified of this and be given the option of waiting for the item to be re-stocked or to receive a refund in full. Stock is replenished regularly so any delays should be minimal.

What is your returns policy?
If you wish to return an item please first e-mail us explaining the reason for the return. Returns are only accepted if received within 14 days from date of order and must be returned in their original condition.
A refund or exchange will be issued upon receipt of the return if found in the condition as outlined above. Shipping charges will only be refunded if an item is returned due to be faulty/damaged. If you do return an item to us please note that you are responsible for that return so obtaining a receipt is advisable.

Can I have my order delivered to any address?
Yes of course, just inform us either with your payment or via e-mail as soon as you order which address you would like it delivered to.
Can I change my order once I have paid?
Yes, ideally please check that you are happy with your order before finalizing it but we can alter it afterwards if necessary. As a preference please e-mail us as soon as possible with your alteration requests, however if you are particularly concerned about your order details do not hesitate to telephone us. We are happy to take your calls we simply prefer e-mails because all the information about your order is instantly logged thereby keeping mistakes with orders down to a minimum.
You have informed me that the item I have ordered is no longer available so why did you advertise it?
All items are always subject to availability. Sometimes of course companies discontinue items yet we still may well have a certain quantity of the discontinued product. With so many products to overlook sometimes we do not become aware that stock levels for a particular item have diminished until an order is placed for it, especially if it is a fairly slow selling product. We are unable to put stock level amounts on our website due to selling elsewhere, so on the rare occasions this may happen we obviously apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience caused but thank you for bringing it to our attention so that we can remove the product from our website. You will of course be issued a full refund straight away.

Why does the product that I ordered look different to the listing?
Simple, the product has changed packaging thats all. Be rest assured that the product within is still the same. Our listings will be updated in due course. We are sure you can appreciate there are so many products that it can be difficult to keep up with all the changes continuously occurring. We thank you for your patience.
I placed an order from you, why haven't I received it yet?
We can reassure you that your order will have been sent out to you unless you have been informed otherwise. Obviously the occasional item does get lost in the post and although we cannot be held responsible for these lost items we will do our utmost to rectify any problems which do occur.
